OMG, this is the cutest picture of clouded leopard cub I’ve even seen. 2 cubs were discovered yesterday at the National Zoo in Washington D.C. I had to share them with you. For more photos and the story behind these 2 cuties, click, Endangered and Adorable

Yep, that’s right. The TV show, House, which I just finished watching was about a woman who works in a convalescent home where a cat predicts the death of patients. The cat slept next to her so she now thinks she is dying.

Sound familiar? Yes, they took the storyline straight from the news. Last year I reported about a cat, Oscar, who had the uncanny ability to predict when patients were going to die. He only curls up and sleeps on their bed when they are about ready to die. You can see my whole story at Cat Used To Predict Death Of Patients

Here’s a picture of the prescient cat, Oscar:

If you didn’t see the House episode, check it out and see if you agree with House’s theory of how the cat predicts up-coming deaths.

My husband and I used to donate to the Humane Society of the United States but stopped because we disagreed with many of their actions. I don’t usually tell others who NOT to contribute to, however, I’ve lost all confidence in the HSUS. The Wilkes Coounty Massacre is the latest in a string of actions by the HSUS that shows their cavalier attitude toward killing animals.

If you support them, please read Nathan J. Winograd’s blog and get the details of this travesty and others. The blog is exceptionally well written and factual. Nathan is the author of Redemption: The Myth of Pet Overpopulation & The No Kill Revolution in America

There are more deserving charities that are actually saving cats and dogs such as Best Friends. The Best Friends Animal Sanctuary at Angel Canyon in southern Utah, is home to about 2,000 dogs, cats, and other animals.

Best Friends took and have rehabilitated many of the Michael Vick Dogs aka as VICKtory Dogs. Read more about the first of the first Vicktory dog goes home.
