When I first saw this picture I thought I was seeing things. My next thought was that it was a camera trick. I have a picture of me taken over 25 years ago where the button was pushed twice quickly and I have 2 faces. I was teased about being two-faced for quite awhile. I thought this was probably the same, but it’s not. This cat actually was born with 2 faces. Here’s Lil’Bit’s picture…

Lil’Bit is now 7 months old is is doing well. The owner says that when he purrs, it’s in stereo and that when he gets a cold, only one of his noses runs! One face sleeps and the other doesn’t sometimes too. Absolutely amazing!

Kira here. Wow, that Lil’Bit has it made. I’d like to have 4 eyes, so I could get some sleep but at the same time, keep my eyes open in case Snoball was trying to sneak up on me. And 2 mouths to eat with. Double Wow. Some cats are just born lucky. I think I see Snoball snoozing, so I’m gonna go do a run-by. Kira

After all, Hobbes is as close as you can get to a cat in my humble opinion. He is house-trained, gets into mischief and is great at what Calvin calls “fuzz therapy”. If you visit it, let me know what you think.

One of the funniest themes in Calvin and Hobbes is the way Watterson drew Hobbes lying-in-wait for Calvin. That’s exactly what CoCo does. She hides behind things and jumps out and grabs my ankle when I walk by. My other seven cats just do it to each other — hide, jump out and then the chase is on — throughout the house. Sometimes one or two of the others join in.

Kira here. What’s so cute about Hobbes? I can do anything he can do only better. He may give good fuzz therapy, but can he purr? I’m the champion in my house. I even purr when I’m asleep — a long as no one is bugging me, that is. I’m off to show Snoball who’s boss. Think I’ll hide around the side of the refrigerator. Kira
